Fiat Mini Disc changer interface adaptor enabling a seamless connection of selected Sony Mini Disc changers with the following Fiat radios giving you the option to retain your factory installed radio, while avoiding the excess costs of buying an MD changer from your car dealer. This Mini Disc changer interface adaptor together with your Sony Mini Disc changer will produce superior sounding results.
Compatible Radios
Grundig radios: AD-182 H, AD-182 H2, AD-182 H3, AD-185
Compatible Fiat Grundig radios also have a square (8-pin) Mini ISO CD changer socket at the rear that may be part of a longer socket made up of 3 individual sockets. You may find a green, yellow and blue connector pushed into this one long socket. The blue connector is where the CD changer connector fits. If this blue connector is present, remove it to establish if it is a blank (empty) connector that can be replaced with the CD changer connector.
Check your radio fasica for one of these model numbers or check at the rear of your radio for this socket or alternatively email us the model number loated on the sticker on the radio inner casing to ensure compatibility.
MD lead location
Some models have a pre-wired (8-pin) lead that can be found in boot behind the lining and the Grundig MCD 6 will connect directly to this lead if fitted.

This interface adaptor is not compatible with Fiat Brava, Bravo and Marea models that have an 8-pin round pre-wired CD lead located in the boot. However you can disconnect the pre-wired lead from the rear of your radio and connect this interface adaptor instead.
